Empowering people lights me up!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to empower individuals and companies through a unique approach to personal development. Being able to share my experience and life-long love of horses with people in a way that makes a difference is such a gift to me.

With over 25 years of experience in personal development programs and in a career with customer and team facing roles, I am results oriented, creative and helpful. I love to have fun, find the silver lining and encourage others. That said, I'm also willing to face challenges directly and with courage. I will step into the discomfort or upset of another with a commitment to making a difference.

I also understand that the best companies invest in the development of their people and seek well run, effective programs that address important issues such as team dynamics, communication, stress management and productivity. I am able understand my client's vision, clarify their needs and provide sound guidance, realizing excellent results. As a strong team leader, I'm able to bring a group together and keep them focused through program completion.
